Nestled atop a hill with a stunning view of the Seaport Airport road, this family club has been a second home to its 600-plus members and their guests since 1980. It provides a place to unwind, create lasting friendships, learn new skills, and engage in physical activity. The members of this club include the top technocrats, industrialists, doctors, management gurus, educationalists, and businessmen in Kochi who mingle to create a positive environment of camaraderie through fellowship.

We at the Cochin Suburban Club believe that there are no strangers, only friends we haven’t met yet. This philosophy keeps us united, and we are always open to creating new bonds and fulfilling the vision of our founding fathers to be the best family club in the state. Our club is designed to be family-oriented, and all our infrastructure and events are planned accordingly. We have an elaborate screening process for membership to ensure that the pool of members can blend well and create an aura of warmth and friendship.
The Infrastructure
Since its inception in 1980, the old colonial residence, with a land area of close to an acre, has gone through several iterations to cater to the growing number of members and their changing needs. In 1984, the CSC became one of the first in the region to have a swimming pool.
Over the years, we have added a stage, an auditorium with a capacity of 500 people, several conference halls, an elaborate kitchen, a state-of-the-art badminton court, ample parking facilities, multiple fine dining areas, refurbished guest rooms, a cricket net practice area, and a section for indoor sports such as billiards and other skill games.
The club’s infrastructure has been, and will always be, modified based on changing requirements. However, one aspect of the club that has remained unchanged is its expansive, well-manicured lawns, adorned with heavy chairs and tables that have been a part of the club for several years
Location
The club is located atop a hill in Vallatholpadi, where the Seaport Airport road intersects with the Pookattupadi road. Previously a suburban area, the location has become a hub of activity since the construction of the Seaport Airport road and the growth of Kakkanad as a business and IT hub in the state. The club’s vantage point is easily accessible via the broad Seaport Airport road.
